We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Standard (3–4 business days): $5.99
• Complimentary shipping on orders $75+

Please note that delivery time may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OO8 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at oo8company@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
